Sweet Tea Flowers is founded by a Bay Area native with a passion for flowers: Alicia Rupan. Finding her calling from working in the floral sections and took it upon herself to learn the art of floral design. Fast forward a few years – she decided to take a giant leap of faith and established Sweet Tea Flowers as an opportunity to pursue her life’s purpose of making people happy in the language she speaks; making beautiful and unique floral arrangements.
